An internship, not a course. You are given work, not lectures.

Fresh graduates are caught in the usual trap: no job without experience, no experience without a job. This program hands you the experience directly — six months of real tickets in a real codebase, reviewed by an engineer who has shipped software for a decade, with the certificate and project letter to show for it at the end.

Evenings with your mentor, daylight hours left alone

Part time by design, so a final-year student or someone in a first job can do this properly. Live sessions are on video and are not recorded — that is what keeps them a working conversation rather than a broadcast.

What "mentor-led" means here

  • A working engineer, not a trainer. Ten interns per batch is the cap because every pull request is read and commented on by the mentor personally.
  • Real software, not exercises. You work on live product code and internal tools under an NDA, the same way a new hire would.
  • A monthly written review. Where you stand, what to fix, in writing — the same record the project letter is drawn from at the end.
  • A shared GitHub organisation and chat workspace that stay open to you after the internship ends.

The booking amount confirms your seat and counts as month one. Withdraw within the first 10 days of the batch and the remaining instalments are cancelled; the booking amount is not refunded.

What the fee covers

  • Roughly 190 hours of live mentor time across six months, in a group of ten.
  • Individual review of every pull request, plus a written monthly assessment.
  • Repositories, cloud environments and tooling for the whole internship.
  • The exit fortnight — portfolio, resume, system design practice and mock interviews.
  • Certificate and project letter on completion, at no extra cost.

What it does not cover

  • Your own laptop and internet connection.
  • A salary or stipend — this is a paid internship programme, not employment.

An experience certificate that a recruiter can verify

Two documents, issued by AMPM Enterprises on the day the batch closes, on company letterhead and signed by your mentor.

Document one

Internship experience certificate

States your name, the role — Software Engineering Intern — the six-month period served, and that it was completed satisfactorily. Carries a verification ID and a contact for employers who want to confirm it.

Document two

Signed project letter

One page naming the modules you worked on, the stack you used and what you specifically built and owned — written from your monthly reviews. This is the document that answers the interview question your resume cannot.

05 / Who this is for

Eligibility

You should apply if

  • You are in your final year or already graduated in engineering, computer applications or a related field.
  • You can write a small program unaided in any language. Everything beyond that is taught here.
  • You can give about 22 hours a week for six months, including the weekday evening sessions.
  • You are anywhere in India with your own laptop and a connection that holds through a session.

What we do not require

  • A minimum CGPA. We ask for it; we do not filter on it.
  • A degree from a tier-one college, or a metro address.
  • Prior knowledge of any particular framework or cloud platform.
  • Payment of any kind to apply, to interview, or to hold your place while you decide.
06 / Getting a seat

Four stages, about two weeks

Ten seats means most applicants will not get one. Everybody hears back either way, with a reason.

  1. STAGE 01

    Application

    The form below. Read by the mentor, usually within four working days.

  2. STAGE 02

    Screening call

    Thirty minutes on video — your background, what you want from six months, and whether the hours are realistic.

  3. STAGE 03

    Short technical task

    A three-to-four hour take-home, then a walkthrough of your own code. Reasoning counts for more than completeness.

  4. STAGE 04

    Seat offer

    An offer letter with the schedule and fee terms. The seat is held for five days; the booking amount confirms it.

Before you apply

Is a job guaranteed at the end?

No. Nobody honest can guarantee you a job, and a programme that does is selling you something else. What is committed to here is six months of real project work, a mentor who reviews everything you write, an experience certificate and project letter, and two weeks of interview preparation. Whether AMPM Enterprises has an opening when your batch finishes depends on the year; interns are considered first when there is one.

Why does an internship cost money?

Because you are not producing enough value in month one to be paid for it, and a senior engineer's time spent reviewing your work has a real cost. Ten seats is the cap for exactly that reason. The honest framing: you are buying six months of supervised experience and the record of it, not selling your labour.

When do I actually pay?

Only after you are offered a seat and accept it. The application, the screening call and the technical task cost nothing. The booking amount of ₹20,000 confirms your seat and counts as the first month; the remaining ₹1,00,000 is paid in five monthly instalments on the 5th.

What if I drop out halfway?

You stop paying the remaining instalments — you are never liable for the rest of the fee. Instalments already paid are not refunded, and no certificate is issued for a partial internship. Withdraw within the first 10 days and only the booking amount is kept.

Can I do this alongside a job or final-year classes?

Yes — that is why it runs in the evenings. Budget about 22 hours a week: ten live hours and roughly ten to twelve on your own tickets. Interns who treat the personal hours as optional are the ones who miss milestones.

Are the sessions recorded?

No. Every session is live, which is what allows people to ask the naive question and show broken code. The trade is that attendance matters — 85% is the bar for certification, and missed sessions are caught up with the mentor in office hours.

Is the certificate a real experience certificate?

It is issued by AMPM Enterprises, on letterhead, stating the role and the six-month period, with a verification ID and a contact for employers who ask. It records an internship — not employment — and it says so. The project letter beside it is what gives a recruiter something concrete to ask you about.

Whose code do I work on?

Live product and internal tooling work, under an NDA signed at the start. Your specific contributions are recorded so they can be described in the project letter, and you keep the right to talk about what you built in interviews.
